About This Project

Designed an urban delivery route optimization system using OpenStreetMap data and compared Nearest Neighbor, Quad-Tree, and Floyd–Warshall algorithms for scalability, computational efficiency, and priority-aware delivery. Improved travel distance and runtime performance for multi-depot logistics simulation.
